Legras & Haas Champagne Extra Brut Chouilly Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Rare Bourbon with a long lemon-curd finishThe nose is discreet, elegant and characterised by floral and citrus notes, apple, dried fruits and good evolution. The palate is fresh, silky smooth and very persistent with lingering notes of baked apple, caramel and spice. The 2 g l dosage was evidently all this wine needed.
