Maine Oyster Shell Ring Dish Design:Boots The May 1963 cover ofMeant to keep rings and other small items safe by the kitchen sink or windowsill, this Maine decoupaged and gilded oyster shell ring dish is both beautiful and helpful. These oyster shells are sustainably sourced from hardworking Maine oyster farmers to support Maine aquaculture. Each fresh oyster is hand selected for consistency in shell size, shape, weight, thickness, color and feel. They are then hand shucked, and the delicious meat is preserved.
