Jeffrey Makin 'Untitled (Nude standing in water)' erotic Credited with irreversibly changing theIn a restrained palette, Jeffrey Makin draws a nude in water. Carved in staccato lines, she appears part of the granite an earthly formation as natural as the rockface she stands beneath. Considered the heir to the Heidelberg School, Makin creates portraits of the landscape carving out their complexity, history and personality. Hes a genius when it comes to genius loci a term meaning the essence of place that has held resonance since Ancient Rome.
