EPRO PR9268/617-100 Eddy Current Sensor Experion LS I/O Module Isolation: Signal and power isolationDescription The Emerson PR9268 617 100 is an electrodynamic velocity sensor. It is a non contact sensor that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to measure the velocity of a moving object. The sensor consists of a coil of wire and a permanent magnet. When the object moves through the magnetic field, it induces a voltage in the coil. The voltage is proportional to the velocity of the object. Specifications: Type: Electrodynamic Model
