Description

Elegant oak integration and fine tannins carry the wine through a long

fruit driven style

A judicious maturation process sees 25% of the blend aged in 600-liter oak barrels

layered with notes of black truffle

Blue Pyrenees Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Sherry Elegant oak integration and fineFruit tastes of blackcurrant and raspberry are complemented by notes of chocolate mint, dark chocolate, and cedar wood. With a traditional Cabernet Sauvignon structure with plenty of fine grain tannins, this wine is proudly medium bodied and adds to the beautiful, lingering finish.
