Hasegawa Cutting Board - FSB Series finish-polished this is a superb midThe FSB Series is a harder, robust board designed for general and heavy cutting use and has a harder surface than the FSR Series board so is perfect for all round use and tasks such as breaking down proteins. Each Hasegawa board has a wooden core to help with rigidity and keeps its shape while creating a weight saving over solid synthetic materials. The wooden core is sterilised and fully enclosed in the plastic casing of the board and so not exposed.
