Domaine Rolet Père et Fils Côtes du Jura Expression Du Terrior (Oxydative Wine) 2018 750ml New A burst of juicy appleThe Jura is known for wines made sous voile, or under a veil of flor which imparts a unique salty, curry spiced character to the wine (similar to sherry but with greater exposure to oxygen). The region also produces ouill or topped up wine styles, retaining a more common expression of the variety without flor notes. Rolets Expression du Terroir sees both styles in one bottle, with 70% Chardonnay aged ouill for three years in foudre and 30% Savagnin
