Cazcanes No 7 Blanco 80pf 750ml Tempranillo Fermented in a mix ofGold Medal. Exceptional. Clear color. Grassy, green, herbal, minty, savory aromas and flavors of bamboo shoots and water chestnuts, lemongrass and lime zest, petrichor, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, anise, and and vanilla with a round, crisp, dry light to medium body and a tingling, complex, medium length finish conveying shades of lime cream with tart cherries, watercress, shitake mushrooms, and bamboo and mild green peppers. Starts off a bit subdued on
