Presumably time is the missing element

More recently the bodega was bought in the 1980s and now bottles its own production making it a real "growers Sherry"

Great with poultry and pork or grilled fish like seabass

The nose offers an intense bouquet of red berries

Domaine Hoffmann-Jayer, Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune Rouge 2021 Baga Presumably time is the missingThis Cotes de Beaune has a wonderful bouquet of fresh red berries with a subtle chalky mineral note. The palate has a lots of tension and is straightforward, powerful and also charming. It's a lot of fun early on and will also mature very well. 10+ years shouldn't be a problem.
