Southward Distilling Guajillo Chilli Gin 700mL Auntsfield forward fruit with mouth coatingBalancing out the extreme heat of a candied jalapeno gin the team at Southward made (dangerously hot to say the least) with another savoury more full pepper, using dried Guajillo Chillis. Sweet heat, fruity and tangy with a savoury flavor profile. Mild heat emphasized by our fire water candied jalapeno. Notes : Full bold, savoury and sharp. Finish: Kick of lingering heat. 700mL 45%ABV
