Enjoy with a rib eye or a cheese burger this BBQ season
It feels lively and tensile without compromising the backbone one expects from this vineyard: layers of black fruit tinged with graphite toward the finish
fragrant and lemony and yet there is an attractive steeliness suggesting a backbone
The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins that render this one of the more approachable vintages in recent years
Tameran, Malvasia Volcanica 2022 Ovum Enjoy with a rib eyeA distinctive salty nose with taught minerality and smokiness. On the palate, its very fresh and focused, with fresh lime and grapefruit juice notes balanced by saline saltiness not so far removed from a vinous margerita!
