Domaine de l'Aigle a deux Tetes, Les Clous Nature Savignin 2022 Viura Long and dry finishSavagnin belongs to the Traminer grape family, closely related to Gewurztraminer. However, Savagnin is more citrus forward, featuring high acidity and a mineral driven taste profile. The wine undergoes barrel fermentation, which enhances its richness and texture, complementing the dominant grapefruit like citrus notes. A touch of tropical papaya adds a delightful contrast to the bold minerality that is characteristic of wines from the Jura region.
