A blend built from around 60 grape selections and aged roughly 36 months on lees

Gotas de Mar - Albarino a petits spiced Japanese whiskyGotas de Mar is an Albario from DO Ras Baixas in Galicia, north west Spain, produced by Hammeken Cellars. The name ("Drops of the Sea") nods to the cool Atlantic terroir, giving a fresh, aromatic white built for seafood. The 2019 vintage shows ripe stone fruit and a saline, mineral lift.
