The EZ Carve is just what the name implies

Ham, EZ Carve Boneless Smoked gift card 14/17 lbs = 30 peopleEZ Carve is Petit Jean's specially prepared boneless ham. The EZ Carve is just what the name implies; it's hand prepared and hickory smoked just like the rest of our hams, but the bone has been removed. That means you get the old fashioned, smoky Petit Jean flavor combined with smooth and easy slicing, a perfect combination.
