Signs of Superior Tailoring Reinforced seams at the bust, zipper, and hem not raw or loosely stitched Full lining that extends through the entire skirt, not just the torso Boning in the bodice that lies flat and doesnt poke at the sides or underarm Invisible zip that runs smoothly to the top without catching fabric Even pleating that falls symmetrically from the waistline to the hem Weighted hem on chiffon or georgette styles keeps the skirt falling correctly The Fit-First Rule No amount of beautiful fabric compensates for a poor fit

This recipe is great with an egg-based bread like brioche or challah
