Du rififi à Beaulieu _MKT_REACTIVE and caillottes soilsDu Rififi Beaulieu is a naturally sparkling wine meticulously crafted by Sbastien and Emeline. This wine combines tradition and innovation, with hand harvested grapes and a blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. The fermentation process is delicately orchestrated to capture the elegance of the aromas in the bottle. After aging on the lees, disgorgement perfects this cuve, characterized by its finesse and freshness.
