Marsannay Arnaud Combier 2022 Capacity:75 cl Each wine from Domaine NeumeyerThe winemaking process for this wine is based on an authentic and respectful approach to the grapes. The Pinot Noir, grown in Burgundy on clay limestone soils, benefits from organic farming practices. The grapes are destemmed upon arrival at the winery, and fermentation is spontaneous, supported by indigenous yeasts. Thanks to meticulous punch downs and pump overs, aging in Burgundy barrels imparts a delicate structure to the wines.
