Description

The beautiful white fruit nose of the ripe white pinot

to the young Gaëlle Berriau

A vibrant wine

Not particularly fleshy

Les Grelots 2016 2017 The beautiful white fruit noseA blend that brings out the best of each grape variety, as well as the way they are aged (Grenache in vats, Syrah and Merlot in used barrels). Les Grelots is composed of Grenache (GRE), Merlot (LOT) and Syrah (S), vinified separately with carbonic maceration: a congenial blend that achieves a balance between fruit and power, with a mineral backbone.
