Les Fades del Granit 2017 Trousseau barrel-fermented and bottled without filtrationGrenache Gris macerated for two days with the skins, vinified in terracotta amphora (220L) and bottle conditioned according to the "ancestral method", then raised for 10 months before disgorging. A very special, lightly pigmented, naturally sparkling wine, combining the charm of ripe fruit with a juice at once gentle and vibrant. A mouthwatering acidity carries accents of minerality.
