Grenache under my skin 2023 Capacity:75 cl each bottle embodies the commitmentThe rows of Grenache vines, some over 60 years old, and Syrah, expertly cultivated on the schist soils of Maury, give rise to a meticulously crafted wine. Hand harvested and entirely destemmed, the grapes undergo an extended three week maceration. Aging in tanks on fine lees for 12 months enriches an aromatic profile where notes of ripe fruit mingle with elegant floral nuances, supported by delicately textured tannins.
