made entirely from Cabernet Franc grapes
Petit Colorado 2024 OP_estivale_2026 This 12-hectare estateMade entirely from Syrah grapes, this wine comes from young vines under 20 years old planted in the granite soils of Charnas. Vinification involves partially destemmed grapes (80%), followed by a 12 day fermentation and maceration at 28C. Daily pump overs and six months of aging in stainless steel tanks contribute to a fruity and supple profile, fully expressing the character of the weathered granite soils.
