Losing characters isnt usually something you want to happen in Lorcana, however, in the case of Prince Eric, Expert Helmsman getting this card banished will give you the opportunity to banish a card of your choice, which opens up so many strategic possibilities

A deeper card pool leads to a larger diversity of strategies, so making sure that each individual deck changes over time is less important

This will be a particularly strong card in location-based decks, as you can pull whatever location card you want to right out of your deck
