There are tons of great dragons in all of Magic: the Gathering (like Spirit Dragon Ugin for example), but there are ever more in rotation-safe in Standard 2022

This makes some amount of sense because subjectively, it feels like the least powerful of the bunch, mostly because it doesn't do anything immediately (unless you have extra mana floating around to cast something from your graveyard), while all of the other face commanders offer immediate value the turn they come into play

a deck or card that increases mana availability through playing extra lands, as Exploration or generating additional mana, as Llanowar Elves
